What's a remote-first team?

A team where:

• All employees are fully remote (or are at least given the option).
• Remote work is not a job benefit, it’s simply part of the job.
• Employees are not required to work on the same timezone (or at least the timezone range is wide).
• In regular meetings, no one is located in the same room (co-located).
• HR tasks (payroll, benefits, etc) support residents outside of the contry’s HQ.
